Julia Hayward


I am a successful, experienced and qualified Learning and Development professional specialising in leadership and team development, coaching and the management of change. I excel in working with both groups and individuals and pride myself in creating a safe and dynamic learning environment. My work enables sustained advancement  in many areas of organisational performance such as developing talent,  improving business results and leading change effectively.

Through skilled coaching I successfully support and challenge individuals to achieve their goals and take full ownership for their own journey and outcomes. I use my listening and acute observational skills to pose precise questions that enable the client to unlock limitations and find solutions. This leads to significant and swift changes, benefitting both the individual and the organisation.

I am highly experienced at designing and facilitating authentic leadership interventions with proven results. This enables leaders to develop their self awareness and flourish through understanding their strengths and working with their development areas to become the best leaders they can be within their organisation. They therefore maximise their potential and ultimately achieve excellent results through their teams.

I coached a senior manager hampered by low self esteem to understand and believe in herself, enabling her to feel confident enough to seek and secure promotion.

I coached a senior manager who was abrasive and blunt with colleagues to understand this behaviour and shift it. The impact of her behaviour on others improved significantly leading to much improved team relations and business results.

I designed and delivered an authentic leadership development programme spanning 10 days over a six month period. The modules included :

  • Understanding self as an authentic leader
  • Maximising capacity to lead a team to achieve excellent results
  • How to be an inspirational leader

This programme produced significant quantifiable results across all key business areas such as pay, sales and staff turnover.
